Shipping policy

Your order will be prepared for dispatch within 2-6 working days, depending on the size of the order and the quantity of products (see individual products).

In Cart section You can choose to receive the shipment:

• Within Latvia or Estonia through Omniva and DPD parcel machines or
• Internationally through Latvia Post.

Shipping costs within Latvia:

Order up to 80,00 EUR - 2,80 EUR (Omniva) or  2,50 EUR (DPD)

Order over 80,00 EUR - free

Shipping costs internationally:

Order up to 40,00 EUR  5,00 - 8,50 EUR
Order over 40,00 EUR  5,00 - 17,00 EUR

Estimated shipping times intenationally:

Europe 3 - 15 business days,

US and Canada 10 - 25 business days,

Australia and rest of the world 15-30 business days.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. 

When the package is sent out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail address you specified. Notification of delivery in the Omniva and DPD package will be sent to the e-mail address and phone number.
