The return policy and the right of withdrawal are valid for 14 days from the day of receiving the order. The opt-out form can be found here. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We accept goods for exchange if:
- The nightwear size does not fit and you want different size
- The wrong product has been received (different color, size, product)

Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Individually sewn products
- Sale items and discounted items

Refund (if applicable)
Once your items have been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed.
The buyer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are sending an item worth more than EUR 50.00, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
