1. Are your products made of 100% natural silk?
Yes, all products that state “100% silk” or “Mulberry silk” in the description are made of natural, high-quality silk. We always indicate the exact composition of the material so that you can make an informed choice. In some cases, we also offer products from other manufacturers - their composition is reflected exactly according to the information provided by the supplier.
2. Is the order wrapped for a gift?
Standard orders are not packaged in gift boxes, but it is possible to add beautiful gift wrapping and you can add ir here. If you have any questions, write to us at info@justinevaldmane.com.
3. How to properly care for a silk product?
Silk products should be cared gently. We recommend washing by hand or, if necessary, in a delicate mode, using a detergent suitable for silk (for example, Sonett or Tenestar). Dry flat, avoiding direct sunlight. Read more on our blog about silk care.
4. How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
Order preparation takes 2–3 business days depending on the type and quantity of the product. Personalized orders may take a little longer.
5. What are the delivery options and costs?
In Latvia:
• Omniva or DPD parcel machine – 2.80 EUR
• Free delivery for orders over 80 EUR
International:
• Orders up to 40 EUR – 8.50 EUR
• Orders over 40 EUR – 17.00 EUR
We ship with Latvijas Pasts or other trusted suppliers.
6. Are silk pillowcase or nightwear suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, silk is a natural, hypoallergenic material and a very soft material, ideal for dry or acne-prone skin. It does not dry out the skin and does not cause friction during sleep.
7. Are silk hair ties suitable for all hair types?
Absolutely! Silk hair ties are especially gentle on hair – they reduce hair breakage, do not pull it and help maintain shine. Perfect for straight, wavy and curly hair.
8. Can I return the product if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit?
Yes, we offer returns within 14 days from receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Write to info@justinevaldmane.com to initiate the return process.
9. Is it possible to exchange the product?
Yes, we offer exchanges in cases where you receive the wrong size or product. Contact us to agree on the exchange and conditions.
10. Which products cannot be returned or exchanged?
- Gift cards
- Individually sewn products
- Discounted or sale items
These products are considered final purchases.
11. Do you offer personalized orders or wholesale?
Yes, we also offer cooperation to salons, shops and companies. If you are interested in individually sewn silk products or a bulk order – write to us at info@justinevaldmane.com, and we will be happy to prepare a suitable offer for you.
