Information for the Christmas season

Let's prepare together for a warm and beautiful Christmas, so that the most beautiful gift is provided under the tree.

As every year, December is the busiest time in terms of both product preparation and shipping orders.

To make shopping smoother, here is the main information.

1. We do not have many ready-made silk products in stock. Each order is sewn separately after receiving the order, so I invite you to prepare gifts in time. Some pillowcases and hair ties are ready and available immediately, but silk nightwear, robes and silk rolls are mostly made to order. Nightwear from the brand Komilfo (Ukraine) and the silk set "Amelia" (China) are ready and available for immediate receipt.

2. GIFT BOX  Nightwear, pillowcases and robes are packed in an elegant branded gift box with a tassel, marketing card and ribbon. You can choose a gift box separately for silk rolls, hair ties and silk ribbons. If the order includes, for example, nightwear and a hair tie, the order will be packaged in a branded gift box with a ribbon.

3. DELIVERY We do not have a physical store, so we are really happy that you visit our online store and choose gifts for your loved ones.

All orders are sent via Omniva or DPD parcel machines. Delivery is usually within 1-2 business days, but it may take longer during the Christmas season. If necessary, delivery can be made via Latvijas Pastas parcel machines.

4. ORDER NOTES You can add additional information in the order notes, such as chest and hip circumference for nightwear, desired delivery date, etc. information.

5. It is recommended to place an order by December 18 to receive it for Christmas. To encourage timely purchases we are extending retuns and exchanges from 14 days to 25 days from delivery date.
